5 Easy Natural DIY Conditioners

Anyone with curly hair will tell you that caring for it is similar to caring for a child. It requires constant care and attention, and if you don't give it what it wants, it will act out by frizzing up. Women with curly hair have two major complaints: it dries out quickly and becomes frizzy. While store-bought conditioners hydrate your hair, the slew of chemicals in them may cause long-term damage.   • Greek Yogurt and coconut milk- 
  • Ingredients: 

    1 tablespoon Greek yogurt

    ¼ cup coconut milk

    1 tablespoon coconut oil

    2 tablespoons honey

    4 drops lavender essential oil

     

    Directions:  In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients.  Then, add 4-5 drops of lavender essential oil to the mixture.  Now, divide your hair into 6-8 sections for application. This step will simplify the application. Apply hair conditioner to your entire head of hair. Also, make sure your hair is well-coated with conditioner from the roots to the tips. Then simply roll your hair up and cover it with a shower cap. Allow it to sit for at least 40-45 minutes. Use our gentle shampoo – Untangled to cleanse scalp.


  • Lemon juice, olive oil, coconut milk- 
  • Ingredients:

    1 teaspoons lemon juice

    2 teaspoons olive oil

    1 tablespoon coconut milk


    Directions: Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and coconut milk together in a bowl. Apply the mixture on dry hair and leave it on for 20 minutes. Wash off and shampoo with lukewarm water.

  • Avocado Deep Conditioner:
  • Ingredients:

    1 Avocado

    2-3 tsp honey

    2 tsp olive oil

    Directions: Blend them together to a thick consistency, apply to your hair and put on a plastic cap. Leave on for an hour. Wash with shampoo and get the best-looking hair!


  • Easy 5 conditioner
  • Ingredients: 

    1 Mashed Banana

    1 beaten egg

    3 tbsp milk

    1 tbsp honey

    2 tbsp olive oil

    Directions:  In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients.  Then, add 4-5 drops of lavender essential oil to the mixture.  Now, divide your hair into 6-8 sections for application.   • Mayonnaise, egg white conditioner
  • Ingredients: 

    ¼ cup mayonnaise

    ¼ cup yogurt

    1 egg white


    Directions: 

    Whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, and egg white together. Apply this thick paste all over your hair from roots to tips. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash off with our shampoo.


    Note: The quantities given are only a guide. You can add more or less of each ingredient to get the best results for your hair. Some people also like to add a few drops of their favorite essential oil for fragrance.
